Our sincere thanks to 1145 Dunfermline Squadron RAF Air Cadets who recently hosted a #BurnsSupper event at the Garvock House Hotel, Dunfermline and raised an incredible £1500 in support of The Captain David Seath Memorial Fund.
Captain David Seath attended 1145 Squadron as an air cadet where he excelled in sporting and leadership activities. It is without doubt that the experiences and knowledge gained set the foundations for his later career in the Army as an Officer in 29 Commando Regiment Royal Artillery.
We are incredibly grateful to 1145 Squadron, who have ran a series of fundraising initiatives in support of David’s legacy as well as establish a trophy in his name as part of their annual prize-giving event since Captain Seath’s tragic death running the 2016 London Marathon.
The funds raised will support David’s legacy supporting personnel and #veterans living with life-changing physical injuries and psychological wounds. So far, over two hundred and thirty welfare grants have been made by The Captain David Seath Memorial Fund through #HelpforHeroes.
No matter what your #fundraising idea may be to support The Captain David Seath Memorial Fund, we shall support you all the way! Please get in touch: gary.seath@outlook.com
