“As an Officer of 29 Commando Regiment Royal Artillery, David believed passionately in supporting the positive health and well-being of the men under his command as well as veterans, with specific regards to those who are living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
“It was very important to ensure the incredible amounts of money so generously donated were put to use straight away supporting personnel and veterans living with life-changing physical injuries and psychological trauma as a result of service in the British Armed Forces.”
The Captain David Seath Memorial Fund raises money for David’s chosen charity, Help for Heroes. A special account has been set up to record and manage all donations and fundraising in memory of David, so you can be sure that your details and donations are safe in the charity’s hands. Please remember to mention in any communications that you are donating to David’s fund, so the staff can ensure your gift is correctly recorded.
Help for Heroes is responsible for the administration and distribution of financial grants through their national welfare programme.
The assessment of applications and purchase of products and services is managed by the charity’s experienced Grants Team and not by the Seath family; so please do not send any applications to the Fund.
